Registering with Aero Auctions is easy, once you're in our systems you are always there! All that's required is your Driver's License. You will be provided with a copy of the Bidding Terms and Conditions and a Bid card.
A $5.00 fee is applicable for the boat sale.

Bid Card - Included with your Bid card is a catalog of the items for sale, this catalogue is to be used as reference only. Please make sure you are satisfied that the item is as you believe it to be.

The following fees are applicable:
- 10% Buyers Premium (12% for credit card payments)
- 13% HST
- $95 administration fee for titled units in Heavy Equipment Sale. This fee applies to all units in the recreational sale.

The Auctioneer and staff will be in a specialized bus that is equipped with loudspeakers and a video camera. This bus will drive to each lot and the crowd follows along.

At the beginning of the sale the auctioneer will go over the terms and conditions. Please make sure you understand, if you have any questions please ask, never assume. Announcements made by the auctioneer(only), at any time throughout the sale will supersede any matter printed or implied.

We begin at the first lot, the auctioneer will call out a number and once the crowd bids the auctioneer begins calling the numbers, if you are interested in an item and the price is acceptable raise your hand or indicate to the ring man or the auctioneer that you are "on". Once your bid is accepted the calling will continue until there is a successful bidder. Have your bid card number ready because if you win we will need it.

If you are the successful bidder you are required to pay a 10% deposit on the item at the registration/cashiers office, before you leave the yard. You have five business days to return with the balance of the funds and to remove the item. No units will leave the yard without being paid for in full. Each item is sold as is,
