Aero Marine Auctions Sales Ltd. began as a family-run business out of Lindsay, Ontario, Canada in 1989. Wallace & Linda Kruger, along with Linda's children, were a mobile auction team that would travel all across Ontario setting up and conducting sales at Marinas, Airports and Recreational Vehicle Sales Offices.

As demand for the company's auction services increased, land was leased along Highway 400 in Innisfil Ontario, just minutes south of Barrie. Since 1989 Aero Marine has sold over 100,000 units ranging in size from small fishing boats to 55ft late model cruisers, with roughly 300 to 400 units in each sale.

In 2006, Linda's youngest son, Michael, took over management of the company and in 2009, recognizing the significant demand for the company to expand its expertise into construction and agricultural equipment; he purchased 7 acres of land just 10 minutes north of Barrie in Oro-Medonte. The overwhelming success and support of Aero's first Heavy Equipment & Agricultural Auction confirmed its place in our expanding auction portfolio, we now host five 2-day sales a year, running Heavy Equipment on Friday and Recreational items on Saturday.
